Perched at the entryway to downtown Summit, NJ, this historically significant structure was originally a private home. While a series of additions had diluted the purity and character of the building over the years, the important façades had been preserved. WESKetch Architecture + Construction designed a new class A office building, restoring the historic structure to its original form. Glass walls at the entrance allow portions of the historic building to remain visible even though they are part of the interior, and a grand atrium adjacent to the lobby encourages community gatherings
